Comhaltas Tour of Ireland Concert - City Hall, Sligo 15th October

The Comhaltas Tour of Ireland Traditional Music Concert which includes top musicians, singers and dancers from all over Ireland, is coming to Sligo to play at City Hall, Quay St., Sligo, on Sunday 15th Oct at 8pm. Tickets €12, with Music Generation supported concession to u18s at half price of €6.

This show is a demonstration of the very finest example of the vibrant and thriving Traditional Scene in Ireland today and is a Not To Be Missed Opportunity to see such talent in the inspirational and intimate setting of the City Hall.

The concert will have a great variety of music, song and dance and it will also feature our very own Niamh McGloin, current tutor at Fred Finn and a former pupil of ours.

Niamh is a superb harp player and former All Ireland champion at the Fleadh Cheoil, and she will be joined on stage by a group of very talented musicians, and we would ask for the support of all branch members to support this concert and to help get the word out to your friends and to anyone who might be interested in coming along.
