Fred Finn CCÉ Annual Flag Day 8th/9th November 2018

The annual flag day for the Fred Finn CCÉ branch of Comhaltas takes place in Sligo town on Thursday Nov. 8^th and Friday Nov. 9^th.

Fundraising from our flag days and from the annual church gate collection has enabled us to buy musical instruments to extend our instrument bank.  Over the years we have purchased harps, concertinas, accordions, flutes, fiddles and pipes which are lent at a nominal rent to children attending our classes.  We have also purchased costumes for bands and grúpaí ceoil.

We are asking parents and family members to support us by giving 1.5  to 2 hours of your time selling flags for the branch. 

In order to compile a roster I would appreciate if you could reply by Monday next November 5^th.
