Fred Finn CCÉ Church Gate Collection - Help Needed
The annual church gate collection for Comhaltas takes placein County Sligo on weekend of February 16th and 17th. Our branch will be collecting at thechurches listed below and we ask for the help of our branch members. Fundraising from flag days and theannual church gate collection have enabled us to buy musical instruments and extendour instrument bank.
We have purchased harps, concertinas, accordions, flutes, fiddles, uilleann pipes which we lend at a nominal rent to children attending our classes.
Costumes for bands and grúpaí cheoil have also beenpurchased .
We appreciate your support in the past and ask parents / familymembers again to help us with this collection. A permit has been obtained from Garda authorities andposters are available.

Friary, High St. - Sat. 7.30 pm, Sun. 9.30 am, 11.00 am, 12.15pm
St. Joseph’s, Ballytivnan -Sat. 7.30 pm, Sun 11.00 am, 12.30 pm
Calry - Sun 10 am
Please indicate venue and Mass time at which you canhelp. Work involved – attending atchurch 20 minutes before Mass and staying for 10 minutes after Mass.
